Select the City you are interested in from the "City Index",

Have a completed sales contract in front of you as the line numbers below refer to it.

Click on the "Submit Bid" button located below the selected property.

ENTER:

    • The Brokers Federal Tax ID or Social Security No.
    • The Purchase Price from line 3
    • The Financing Arrangement from line 4
    • The Closing Costs from line 5
    • The Sales Commission from line 6a (not to exceed 5%)
    • The Net Amount Due Seller from line 7 (line 3 [less] line 5 & line 6)
    • The Type of Purchaser from line 8
    • The Purchasers Social Security number
    • Broker/Agent office area code + Phone Number
    • Broker/Agent office area code + Fax Number
    • Agent Full Name
    • Agent E-mail Address
CONFIRM:

Make corrections, if necessary. Once you click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form, you'll be given a confirmation number . Note it on the top right-hand corner of the sales contract. That's it!
