Go to: http://www.hud.org/i6/
Select your State

Click on Available Properties for Sale,
Select the City you are interested in from the City Index,

Have a completed sales contract in front of you as the
line numbers below refer to it.
Click on the "Submit Bid" button located below the property you are interested in.

Enter:

The Brokers Federal Tax ID or Social Security No.

The Purchase Price from line 3

The Financing Arrangement from line 4

The Closing Costs from line 5

The Sales Broker Commission from line 6a (5% or less)

The Net Amount Due Seller from line 7 (line 3 [less] line 5 & line 6)

The Type of Purchaser from line 8

Purchaser Social Security No

Broker/Agent area code + Phone Number

Broker/Agent area code + Fax Number

Agent Full Name

Agent E-mail Address

Confirm:

Make corrections, if necessary. Once you've reviewed your entries, select the "Submit" button at the bottom of the bid page. You will be given a confirmation number with the system time your bid was received. All of your entries will also be displayed on the bid acknowledgment (confirmation) page. You can print this page from the Internet or write the confirmation number in the top right corner of the sales contract. That's it!

Bid Results:

Remember bid results will be posted on the internet under "Bid Results", or will be available by calling customer service at (877) 799-9958. Once bid results are posted the winning sales contract and addendum must be submitted within 48 hours.
