October 17, 2007 – New Georgia LLB Roster, Effective November 1, 2007
KEY Solutions Management, together with PEMCO Ltd., would like to sincerely thank all who applied for the Georgia HUD Local Listing Broker positions. The response to the LLB solicitation was extraordinary, and we were truly pleased with the number of exceptional application packages that were received.
While we were not able to select all of the several hundred applicants, we would like to extend our sincerest appreciation to all who applied and our best wishes for continued success as HUD Selling Agents. Each application received will be filed by our team for future consideration should a position for an additional LLB become available in that area.

October 4, 2007 - Attention Georgia Home Buyers - "Buy HUD with FHA"
The following sales incentives are available on Georgia
HUD-owned properties advertised to the general public, beginning with the
extended listings on October 5, 2007.
1. $100 down payment for owner occupants purchasing a HUD home with FHA
financing. This loan incentive is also available to owner occupant purchasers
who obtain a FHA Home Repair.
2. $500 selling broker bonus for sales that use FHA 203(k) financing. (This
incentive has been in effect since August 31, 2007)

We are seeking qualified
FHA certified appraisers
to perform appraisal
services for one to four
unit HUD properties
located in
South Georgia.
Appraiser must perform
onsite appraisal. Appraiser
must be licensed in the
state of
Georgia.
Must have experience in
performing FHA appraisals.
Must provide evidence of
completion of the minimum
criteria of the Appraisal
Qualification Board and FHA,
and must be on the FHA
Approved Appraiser List as
an Active Appraiser.
Appraiser must have
internet, email, fax
capability
